What if that friend was on the brinks of disaster – would you do everything you can to help? How much is your everything? Would you empty your bank and savings and retirement accounts to save their life? What if it was your best friend in the entire world? Would you give up your house, your car and your own safety net to potentially save them? What if it was for your brother? What if it puts your own family temporally in jeopardy?
What if he dies anyway?
